The order arrived without any issues and the steel itself was good, so no complaints there. My only gripe is the shipping cost, it just felt a bit too high for what I was getting. I don’t mind paying a fair price, but it should feel reasonable on both sides. I’d consider buying again if the delivery cost comes down.

They got back to me really fast, and what I appreciated most was that it felt like a real person actually read my questions. I think other customers would notice that too, because it did not feel like some generic copy-and-paste reply.

I also had one small follow-up, and they handled that right away as well. Overall, it was simple, quick, and stress-free, and I would definitely be comfortable ordering from them again.

I had an issue with my order it was frustrating at first. I had to reach out more than once before it finally got handled, so just a heads up if you run into a problem, don’t expect it to be super quick. To their credit, they did make it right in the end and didn’t just leave me hanging. Still, it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I might order again, but I’d definitely hope their support is faster next time.

"It was fine, just not exactly smooth"
My order was okay overall. Like, everything technically worked out and I did get what I needed, so I’m not mad or anything... totally calm about it. The site was easy to use, but the communication could’ve been better, and the wait was longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, just kind of average. I might order again, but probably only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Frustrating site and had to chase for help"
I was trying to browse products and find some basic info, but the site felt clunky overall. A few links took longer than I expected, and it wasn’t always obvious where I was supposed to click next. I also ended up having to chase them for a response when I needed help, which just made the whole thing more annoying. It wasn’t terrible, but the layout could definitely be cleaner and the support should be easier to get hold of

Just a heads up to anyone trying to figure out a building layout on their own: don’t overcomplicate it. I wasn’t totally sure what I needed, but the team at Express Steel really helped me sort it out without making the process confusing. They answered all my questions, made a few design changes before I placed the order, and were honest about everything. It ended up being way easier than I expected, and I’m really happy with the help I got.

"Packaging was disappointing"
The steel itself ended up being okay, but the packaging was a letdown. It was beat up when it got here, with torn corners, loose straps, and just generally looked like it had been knocked around. One piece even had a small scratch from rubbing during shipping. Like I said, the steel is usable, but the packaging really wasn’t great. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed better.
